To ensure a smooth and successful entry process for your horse in the Sale of Champions Online Auction, please review and fulfill the following requirements:
1. Registration & Basic Information
- Registration Number:Â Provide the official breed/organization registration number (e.g., TWHBEA, AQHA).
- Horse’s Full Registered Name: As listed on official documents.
- Age:Â Specify in years (if under 3 years, include months).
- Color & Markings:Â Detailed description (e.g., bay, chestnut, pinto) and any distinctive markings.
2. Visual Documentation
- Four High-Quality Photos:
- Front view (head and neck visible).
- Side view (full body).
- Rear view.
- Headshot (clear, well-lit).
- Format:Â JPEG or PNG; minimum 1200×800 pixels.
- One Video:
- 30–60 seconds showcasing movement (walk, trot, canter) in both directions.
- Highlight temperament, conformation, and athleticism.
- Format:Â MP4 or MOV; ensure clear audio (if narrated).
3. Health & Veterinary Records
- Copy of Health Record/Vaccination History:
- Include dates for vaccines (e.g., rabies, EEE/WNV, strangles).
- Recent deworming and farrier dates.
- Current Coggins Test (Negative):
- Must be dated within the last 6–12 months (state-specific requirements apply).
- Clearly display horse’s name, age, and registration number.
4. Location & Logistics
- Current Location:Â Provide city, state, and country.
- Transportation Arrangements:Â Note if seller assists with shipping or if buyer must arrange.
