2. TERMS OF SALE

By entering this contract, Seller and Buyer agree to the following:

A. Seller’s Agreement

  1. Authority to Sell: Seller grants Tommy Williams, Auctioneer, exclusive authority to act as their agent in the sale of the above-described horse.
